After years of planning, the first stage of construction has begun at The Gateway, a $250 million master planned waterfront destination. The Gateway comprises luxury north-facing waterfront residences, state of the art marina, and a vibrant village centre housing boutique retail, waterfront restaurants and cafes.
We are excited to now release for pre-sale The Musgrave and The Elliot, the first of our Coral Sea Collection of residences. These two refined, low rise north-facing buildings will deliver 46 bespoke 2, 3 and 4 bedroom residences and penthouses.

The final stages of dredging are currently underway with our new team achieving great success with the removal of stubborn rock and boulders, allowing us to achieve depths previously unnavigable. This achievement now opens the way for our delivery of a 318 berth state-of-the-art marina with construction of the first stage of marina berths due for completion in the first half of 2024.
